This policy covers information collected through CaliforniaTaxNoticeHelp.com, including information you choose to submit through the contact form and basic site-usage data that may be collected by hosting or infrastructure providers.

The site itself is informational and can be used without submitting the contact form.

Submission handling

At launch, the contact form submits to a site-controlled endpoint rather than directly to a third-party form inbox. Behind that endpoint, configured providers may be used for durable logging and notification delivery. That setup is intended to be more controllable than a direct third-party form post, while still remaining lightweight for a static-site architecture.

What you can do now

Use the informational pages without submitting the form if you prefer.
Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in the free-text field.
Use the follow-up form if you still want a response after reviewing the guides.

Limits and future updates

This is a launch-phase policy for a launch-phase site. The privacy practices and infrastructure should be reviewed again when CRM routing, analytics, or additional delivery integrations are added.
